Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, meaning
"Usui Reiki Healing Method Learning Society", is the name of the society of Reiki Masters
founded by Mikao Usui
This society remained secret for many years
. Now through world
communication technologies we are privileged to know of the Gakkai
.
More and more of the secret teachings are being revealed by Sensei Hiroshi Doi
, a member of the Gakkai. He shares Usui Reiki
knowledge with the rest of the world through Gendai Reiki Ho Master Teachers
.
Gendai Reiki Ho
Hiroshi Doi, Sensei (Founder of Gendai Reiki Ho and member of Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai)
developed Gendai Reiki Ho to honor Usui Sensei's wishes that Usui Reiki be shared with the World.
Gendai Reiki is taught in four levels, Shoden, Okuden, Shinpiden and Gokuikaiden.

Shoden & Okuden together as pre-requisites for Shinpiden the Master Practitioner Level
and
Shinpiden for experienced Okuden as the pre-requisite for Gokuikaiden master Teacher Degree

Level 1 - Shoden (Reiki I)
Mikao Usui's intention in his creation of the Usui Reiki system was to leave a spiritual path
towards Anshin Ritsumei
, towards the state of Satori, we in the west call enlightenment
. That
is the search of a state of calmness and perfect harmony, regardless of what happens around us
.
This is also the purpose in opening the energy channel in level 1
. In this level you will learn
to unconditionally embrace your Reiki channel
. You will have the energy Path open to improve your
channeling condition
via attunements and the practices of breath awareness, meditation, and
visualization, self-purification and self-empowerment techniques
that never came west with Mrs. Takata and the western Usui shiki
. You will also receive the
healing techniques created by Usui Sensei, which go beyond hand positions
. These techniques
are applicable in self-treatment and treatments of others,
and they are applied to attain
equilibrium in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Level 2 - Okuden (Reiki II)
In the second level of Gendai Reiki you will work in depth with self-healing/purification and the healing of others.
You will learn a series of techniques created by Mikao Usui in order to accelerate the healing processes.
You will also receive the first three symbols that Mikao Usui transmitted to his students.
The second level constitutes
an important step in the deepening of the contact with Reiki energy
speeding us up in the path towards Anshin Ritsumei, spiritual fulfillment.
Level 3 - Shinpiden (Reiki Master)
The third level transmits an empowering transcendence in the process of self-realization.
The practitioner deepens
his/her connection with his/her spiritual self
through Reiki embellished meditations, visualizations, and breathing
techniques.
You receive the fourth and last symbol.
Level 4 - Gokuikaiden (Master's teaching degree)
In the fourth and last level all Usui's teachings are completed.
You learn to transmit all the levels of Usui Reiki Ryoho
maintaining impeccable ethics, and staying far away of dogmatism.
Through learning attuning techniques and experiencing
Reiju,
you will be empowered with a deeper connection and resonance with Reiki's energy,
connecting yourself with Reiki's
essence and wisdom. Once the course is finished you will receive a certificate with the title of Shihan (teacher) in
Gendai Reiki, which has international recognition.
You will be the bearer of a very potent Reiki lineage,
occupying the
fifth place after Mikao Usui in the Japanese lineage.
Also, you will have the support of the manuals
of all the levels
of the Gendai Reiki Association in Japan,
to make sure the transmission of the sacred teachings is pure and reliable.
