YOGA PATHWAYS, STUDIO 204B, 43 BROAD STREET, HUDSON MA

Directions:
Situated in downtown Hudson, a short walk from Main Street. Located in the historic Hudson Mill, now known as the Hudson Mill Business Center, next to the Assabet River and the bike trail. ‘Abundant free parking on-site in 2 parking lots at the front and rear building entrances.

From Rte 9: Exit to Rte 85 towards Marlborough. Stay on Rte 85 through downtown Marlborough through Marlborough/Hudson Town line (Pass Wal-Mart on your right).‘Changes to Washington St. Drive towards Hudson Circle. Just before the Hudson Circle turn right onto South St, turn right at Broad St to #43

From 495: Merge onto 290 heading towards Hudson. Turn left at Rte 85 (Washington St), driving towards the Hudson Circle. Just before the Circle, turn right onto South Street. Turn right onto Broad St to # 43.

Arriving: Park and enter through the main entrance. Take the elevator to the second floor. Yoga Pathways is located in studio 204, a sharp right zig off the elevator and a sharp left zag to Building B. Turn right at the top and Yoga Pathways is at the end of the hall.

YOGA PATHWAYS IS A CENTER FOR YOGA dedicated to following the 8 limb Path of Yoga

This unique yoga school focuses on: -


1. Beginning level students interested in yoga as a vehicle for total wellbeing
Some previous yoga experience helpful, BEGINNERS WELCOME
This class focuses on the fundamentals of the level 1 Practice

2.This class is for students who realize that the true purpose of yoga is to develop focused awareness.
Indepth focus on level I Practice
Students learn that strength and flexibility are the byproducts of the Practice.

3.Yoga students dedicated to their spiritual awakening.
For students who have a minimum 6 month experience in level I
Indepth Practice level II - Meditation-in-Motion.

4. Yoga Nidra:The literal translation of Yoga Nidra is Yogic Sleep
Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of meditation that will take you into the deepest levels of relaxation
while still remaining fully aware
When practicing Yoga Nidra, your brainwaves drop into the alpha and theta state
As you progressively enter deeper and subtler brain waves you become more relaxed, integrated, expansive and present
Eventually, you completely shift out of identification with the body, mind and ego
In this deep state beyond ordinary waking consciousness, you naturally re-align with spirit
allowing you to effortlessly disengage from restrictive physical, mental and emotional patterning
Here, you are free to create a life that is an expression of higher consciousness

Director Audrey Pearson and her husband James Pearson are both certified Kripalu Yoga Teachers
Audrey is also a Certified Level II Amrit Yoga Teacher and traditional Reiki Master
James is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, certified Amrit Yoga Nidra Teacher, certified Kripalu Bodyworker and traditional Reiki Master
Audrey & James are dedicated to honoring the ancient tradition and technology of Yoga
through the practices of Patanjali's 8 fold path of yoga
through the forms of Amrit Yoga and Kripalu Yoga.
Their classes incorporate chanting, asana, pranayama and yoga nidra.
