SUMMER 2 SCHEDULE OF YOGA CLASSES STARTING JULY 21ST
1. MONDAYS @ 6:30pm - 8:00pm: Level 1 Sequence with Audrey
Students practice the level 1 sequence of Amrit Yoga
Over time introduction to the principles of level 11
Some experience helpful Beginners welcome
2. TUESDAYS @ Noon - Lunchtime yoga - 60-75mins Kripalu Yoga practice.
3. WEDNESDAYS @ 6:30pm - 8:00pm: Intermediate with Audrey
Experience of yoga required
Students practice the deeper expression of Amrit Yoga
Dynamic postures and deep stillness, level ll.
4. THURSDAYS @ Noon - Lunchtime yoga - 60-75mins Kripalu yoga practice
Suitable for prenant Moms
5. THURSDAYS @ 7:00pm - 8:30pm: Restorative: Kripalu Yoga and Yoga Nidra with James
Students practice 10 mins prana exercise 30 mins minutes of postures and 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra
No experience necessary Beginners welcome
6. SATURDAYS @ 10:00am - Mixed levels with Audrey and James
Students practice the principles of Devdasi Yoga
Some experience helpful Beginners welcome.
Each class at Yogapathways ends with a 15 minute yoga nidra

Saturdays 10:00am - 4:00pm Ongoing instruction (Includes 10:00am Devdasi Yoga class)
for Yoga students seeking certification as a Hatha-Raja Yoga Teacher
Yogapathways RYS 200 is a Yoga Alliance registered school
Graduated Yoga Teachers are automatically eligible for Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher status

Classes at Yogapathways are 75-90 minutes long
beginning with a Sacred Sanskrit Chant to
awaken the Witness Consciousness.
During the class students are encouraged to listen
to the wisdom of the body with an inner hearing.
Through a series of postures or asanas,
the students learn to let go into themselves,
enabling the body to access inner awareness,
more flexibility and strength.
The class is designed to stretch and counter stretch
with great reverence and respect for all aspects of be-ing,
body, mind, heart and soul.
The ancient technology of Pranayama, Yogic Breathing,
is incorporated into each class deepening the integration
of the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Classes at Yogapathways focus on the Spiritual Quest within. The class ends with Amrit Yoga Nidra

Audrey's first experience with Yoga was in 1972 in New York City at The Integral
Yoga Institute. Following that period she studied and practiced in
California until 1979. Back East, while seeking respite from flying around
the world as a busy Fashion Designer, Audrey was introduced to
Yogi Amrit Desai. Yogi Desai is the founder of both Kripalu
Yoga, so named after his Guru, Swami Kripalvanandji, and Amrit Yoga,the evolution of the Kripalu Yoga he introduced to the world.
Audrey became a Certified and Advanced Kripalu Yoga Teacher in 1987 And a professional level Kripalu Teacher in 2000 Continuing her studies at Kripalu Center, Audrey was certified to teach pregnancy yoga in 2002.
She became a level ll Amrit Yoga Teacher in 2004 and is support staff for The Amrit Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Mohan's first experience of Kripalu yoga was in 1976 when he attended a weekend yoga retreat in Florida taught by Yogi Desai, hosted by Micky Singer Mohan became a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher while a resident at Kripalu Yoga Ashram in 1986. He became a professional Amrit Yoga Nidra Teacher in 2007.
